Orders leave our partner laboratory in China by DHL Express for every country we can reach, with a tracking number for every parcel.
How the cost is worked out
Shipping is priced by the weight of your parcel and the country it goes to, at DHL Express rates from the lab in China. Checkout works it out from the boxes in your basket and shows it as its own line, with your full total, before you place the order. It is never less than $60, and the price at checkout is what you pay.
Liquids are heavy. A box of 10 × 10 ml bacteriostatic water weighs about as much as three boxes of peptides, so water and other liquids raise the shipping cost. The price list marks every product this applies to.
Want to change the order after placing it? Edit it from your orders page before you pay and the shipping is priced again for the new parcel. Or cancel it at no charge.

Transit and customs
Dispatch
Paid orders are packed, photographed and handed to DHL Express. You get an email with the tracking number when the parcel leaves.
Transit time
Depends on the destination and on customs. Your orders page shows each parcel's latest scan and updates as the courier reports.
Customs
Handling differs by country. If a parcel is held, send us the tracking number and we help with whatever the courier asks for. Check that importing research peptides is permitted where you are first.
Several parcels
Large orders can leave in two or more parcels, each with its own tracking number. They may arrive on different days; your orders page lists every one.
Tracking
Every parcel is registered with a tracking service the moment it ships, and each tracking number links to the carrier's own page.
