Reading the box
What is in the parcel, and how to check it.
Every box carries its code from the price list, and the code gives the product and the strength per vial. RT40 is Retatrutide 40 mg and TR5 is Tirzepatide 5 mg. You can read a box against an order line without opening it.
Before your parcel is sealed, the packed boxes are photographed with their labels showing. The photo is emailed to you and attached to the order on your orders page. Compare it with your order lines as soon as it arrives, and if a box is wrong, send the photo to the support manager on WhatsApp.
Every parcel has its own tracking number, and your orders page follows the courier's scans until it is delivered. Shipping is priced at checkout, so you see the full total before you order.
