Accounts and pricing
Can I see prices without an account?
Yes. The full price list is public. An account with a confirmed email is needed to place an order.
When can I start ordering?
As soon as you confirm your email address. The confirmation link is emailed to you when you register.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One box is fine, at the same per-box price as a large order.
What does "per box" mean?
A box holds 10 vials of one product at one strength. Prices on the list are per box; divide by ten for the price per vial.
What do the codes mean?
Each box is labelled with the code from the price list. The letters are the product and the number is the strength of each vial, so RT40 is Retatrutide 40 mg and TR5 is Tirzepatide 5 mg.
Paying
How can I pay?
Bitcoin, Solana, USDC or USDT, straight from your order page, or Revolut in euros (+10% fee), arranged on WhatsApp. Problems with the payment? Message your support manager on WhatsApp with your order number.
When is my order charged?
Never automatically. Checkout shows your full total, shipping included, before you order, and you pay it from your orders page. A group order is paid once its round closes.
Paying with USDT or USDC?
Choose the Solana or Ethereum network on the payment page. USDT on Tron needs a connected wallet.
Shipping and totals
How is shipping priced?
By the weight of your parcel and the country it goes to, at DHL Express rates from the lab in China. Checkout shows it with your full total before you place the order. It is never less than $60, and the price at checkout is what you pay.
Why is my shipping higher than I expected?
Usually liquids. Bacteriostatic water and other liquids are heavy: a box of 10 × 10 ml water weighs about as much as three boxes of peptides. Until you pay, you can edit the order from your orders page or cancel it at no charge.
How long does delivery take?
Parcels go by DHL Express, and the time depends on the destination and on customs. Your orders page shows each parcel's latest scan, so you always know where it is.
Can a big order arrive in more than one parcel?
Yes. Each parcel has its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day. Your orders page lists every parcel.
After paying
What is the packing photo?
A picture of your boxes, labelled with their codes, taken just before the parcel is sealed. It is emailed to you and shown on your order so you can check everything is there.
How do I track my order?
Your orders page shows each parcel's latest checkpoint and links to the carrier's own page. You are emailed when it ships and when it is delivered.
Can I change or cancel an order?
While it is pending, yes: edit or cancel from your orders page, and an edit prices the shipping again. Once paid it is being prepared; contact support straight away if something needs changing.
Group buys
Do I have to join a group buy?
No. Vial orders ship as soon as they are paid; pen orders ship once their production batch is made. The group buy is only for people who want the discount and can wait for the round to close.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Move a group order to individual, or the other way, any time before the round closes.

Are these products for human use?
No. Everything sold here is for research purposes only and not for human or veterinary use. Check that importing research peptides is permitted where you are before ordering.
